In 1629, a shoemaker by the name of Thomas Beard, arrived in America on the second voyage of the Mayflower, opened a shop in which he could practice his trade, and sparked of our modern shoe industry. I'm proud to be a part of that industry. Since ancient times used shoes have retained their value, I sell used shoes and you will find that I only select the best shoes to sell. Many are department store returns with less than 100 yds walked in them and with no defects in them other than scuffed heels.

Sporting Goods USA consists of Tom King and 4 other individuals each in charge of different departments in this highly specialized micro business. We strive to bring you, our customer the best deals in high end used shoes, high-end luggage, and used sporting goods. Our pledge to you is to unconditionally guarantee everything we sell, and represent the item as stated. If an item does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we take it back.

Sporting Goods USA started as a business in January of 2002. Outgrowing my home in 2003, I have added four employees. They are my shipping manager and daytime correspondent, Kent, my shoe photographer and copywriter, Lynn, my everyman, Alex, and my organizer, JC.
Each of us checks your item before it is shipped to you. We are quite careful, but occasionally opinions can vary. Thus, our guarantee.

We strive to bring you excellent products at reasonable prices. Our pledge to you is, “If you are not satisfied for any reason, we take it back. No questions asked.” This rarely happens, but we stand 100% behind our products. We ship quickly (often same day). We communicate with you, our valued customer.

I originally purchased the inventory of a used sporting goods store. I don’t think any of that inventory is left. We buy stock from rental inventories, ski swaps, department stores, and luggage companies. We have loyal sources which we have worked hard to build over the years.

We plan on continuing to provide you the highest quality merchandise at the most reasonable price, and add product lines that will be of great value to you.
